Sketches of Spain

Sketches of Spain is one of Dallas’ first “pincho” restaurants. A pincho is like the perfect bite - all components of a dish skewered on a toothpick. Like its inspiration, this restaurant makes a limited space feel special. Each table was made using reclaimed wood, then attached to the wall using brackets. The edges are rounded to add a special, welcoming touch. With no table legs to obstruct booth access, patrons can get in and out of the booths easily. Additionally, using bar-height seating adds to an engaging, convivial dining experience.
